You have Equal chances of getting a seat into MBBS and not with this marks, seat for SC or ST category students with this marks is easy but for general category it's lill difficult. Look Do not loose hope you can give a try in private institutions, you will surely get a seat in private institutions but if you are trying for Government then chances are very low. If you don't get a seat try for management quota seats if you can afford. If you have a list of colleges in your mind where you want to get admission then just checking for its cut-offs as cut-offs varies from college to college.
