If you consider previous year cutoffs then it is next to impossible.
As per the previous years cutoff you will require around 208-210 marks to get admission into NMIMS Mumbai. For NMIMS Bangalore and Hyderabad you must have 190-200 marks hence it is not likely to get a call from NMIMS at a score of 140.
You should opt for a retake and try your best to get a score around 200 to get into NMIMS.
