You have a big gap from 10th because of medical reasons. It would be better if you complete your intermediate.
After intermediate you can look for BSc or diploma as per your career option. Then you can go for job.
It will be difficult to get a job using 10th score.
Most best option is to choose minimal learning path so that you can be eligible for job requirements.
BSc or diploma is for 3 years where as UG course are for 4 years. You can choose anyone you like.
All in all you have to invest 6-7 years to get a stable job.
You can also go for business or other local work which has no academic requirements. There you have to use your skills to show your productivity. When you improve your performance step by step , it will help you to create a stable career option.

Start your own work. If you go by beaten path to do degree  now and then MBA. You would get delayed.
You start working and if you feel, you can do AMIE along with your woy. If your health permits.
