If you have cleared JEE mains and qualified for JEE advance then you can appear for JEE advance and you can register for JEE advance online (registration going on).
Since you have mentioned that you are aspiring for architecture i want you to understand that if you want to study architecture at IIT, first you have to qualify JEE Mains, then qualify JEE Advanced.
After that there will be a separate exam for B.Arch which is called the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT), which will be held after JEE Advanced and before allocating seats at the IITs.

You sould apply for Architecture Aptitude Test in order to get admission in IITs for B. Arch . The candidates who qualifies jee advance 2020 will be eligible for AAT 2020. After clearing AAT you can take admission in IIT Kharagpur, IIT ROORKEE and IIT BHU.
