IIIT Lucknow is a newly established iiit college in year 2015 and is one of best college and it's first branch out is this year 2019. Your rank is decent to get iiit Lucknow and yes you can surely apply for it as placements are also good in this college.

You will easily get admission in IIIT Lucknow ( as there is only information technology is available )
Placement is good here.
You can choose mechanical and electrical in nit kurukshetra also ( if you donot want to go in it sector.)
It will depend upon you that in which field you want to go.
