Besides, Yes, you can opt for computer engineering from Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering, as, it's affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU) ranked 20 all over India by unirank.  Moreover, it has better infrastructure built newly in 2007 with the latest available technology in labs. 

And for placement, the college has it's own placement cell while providing help for students in walk-in interviews also off-campus interviews. Just work hard and make yourself always better in every field you perform.
