As Delhi University is one of the prestigious college, it's cut off is pretty high and I think this year's cut off will be higher than the previous one.
It's very difficult to get into Delhi University college at 66% on merit basis.
If you want to take admission in Delhi University, you can try entrance based exams and get admission.
