Yes you have to mention your admission in SOL in the gap year certificate because that is what it is for and it explains what you were doing in that year,bridges the gap for further education and will also help you in future in getting a job and you have to cancel your admission in SOL in order to get admission in IP university you cannot pursue your education in both simultaneously and get two degrees at end you have to choose one and go with that
