Google garage is a site which provides free Digital marketing course and the content is quite good and you can learn so many skills from it. Many other videos are available too there. first of all search the students review about any course before joining it and spends money. there is numerous course available in online in websites  which also claims to give you job just after finishing the course. but actually in all online platform for any course there is no placement guaranty. however it would be best to learn from free resources first and gain the primary knowledge. then you may go for industry oriented course on best platforms like upgrade, coursera, edx, udemy, udacity etc.
