For all over India medical colleges except AIIMS and JIPMER , the admission procedure is only through NEET Exam and it’s scores.

Hence, you do not need to give any extra exam for MBBS admission.

NEET Is enough to get into Manipal if your NEET score is matching with what Manipal's cutoff is or else you need to take on with Manipal Medical entrance exam. If you are comfortable you can take both or else go with which you have good score either NEET or Manipal Medical entrance exam.

They don't provide any course in Medical.

If your are asking about just Manipl University, Kasturba Medical college Mangalore which comes under Manipal University offers MBBS courses.
