If you get a better seat next round, you can get a refund after some deduction which is not more than 10% and in this also 

There are 3 choices:

1. Float : if you choosed it then you will be eligible for next round with same college

2. Freeze: In it you will not eligible to go through next round

3.Slide: If you choose it then you will be eligible for next round
