You can give neet exam next year if you have not attained the age of 25 years and got 50% marks in aggregate subjects in12th exams for general. 

You are doing b. Pharma that's also a good profession after that there are also many government services test you can also go for that. But if your are seriously feeling that you should go for neet then go for it. Study hard.
