The important question here is that in which area you want to pursue your masters from Harvard. There are subjects like clinical investigation, immunology. You can either go through GRE scores or appear for MCAT. Applications usually close by February. Remember you will have to submit reference letters. I would suggest you check the masters page of Harvard medical school and check the subject you are interested to pursue. The requirements are different for every subject. 

All freshman applicants both international and U.S.candidates must complete the Common Application the Universal College Application or the Coalition Application along with the required supplements. You will need to submit:

Common Application, Coalition Application, or Universal CollegeApplication

Harvard College Questions for the Common Application, Coalition Application or Universal College Application Harvard supplement

$75 Fee (or request a feewaiver)

ACT or SAT(with or without writing)

2 SAT Subject Tests (recommended, except in the case of financial hardship).

Optional: AP or other examination results.
