The cutoff will be there only depends on if the students who got the college are not interested and do skip the seat and thus the seat goes for the next cutoff. And there is a possibility that this happens and soon the declaration of the next cutoff will be there as there are a lot of candidates who go for many tests but at last they leave for better options.
