Yes you can apply for two different courses in DU. If the courses you are applying for are entrance based courses then while filling the application form you will have to pay the application fee for each subject you choose. On the other hand, if the courses you choose are merit-based you just need to pay a single common fee. 

Since B.Tech is an entrance based courses you can select the same from the different options in the application form.
