Dear Sukh, there are 2 things to it. If you have studied Biology along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or you havent had Biology as a subject. If you have studied Biology as a subject, as you havent mentioned your Category, we are mentioning the general criteria. For being eligible for NEET if you belong to General Category the aggregate required in your 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 50%. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you havent studied Biology, you can study Biology as an additional subject and then appear for NEET. Even then the aggregate required remains the same. Hello Sukhdev,

We understand your concern.To answer your question yes, you can change your subject in 12th and still crack NEET UG examinations to get a medical seat in a college. But you need to have Biology as one of the subjects, if you have not taken biology, you can take it as an additional subject to be eligible for NEET.All the best!
