If you have cleared BPSC prelims but don’t yet have your degree certificate and have one backlog in your 3rd semester, you can usually fill the Graduation column in the mains form with your course completion certificate or certificate from your college stating you have appeared for all exams. Using the course completion certificate is generally accepted, but final verification will depend on your degree being completed before joining.
