Those students who have only marksheet of graduation. But they don't have certificate of graduation. And in BPSC CCE PRELIMS FORM FILLING, They are asking certificate number also. So can we fill form only through marksheet . What we should fill in place of certificate number??

If you only have your graduation marksheet and not the provisional/degree certificate yet, you can usually enter the marksheet number in the field asking for certificate number.
