I have backlog in my 3rd sem can i apply for B.Ed i can clear my paper in December.

In order to appear for b. Ed exam you should have cleared your 10+2 ,so you need to have the Score of +2 and 10th not with degree as Bed is the bachelors of education while you are free to apply dear go ahead.
