if degree 2nd year 2nd sem have one Backlog,and final year can passed out all subjects.then the icet counselling can be started.is eligible for the icet counseling with Bonified Certificate

Hello Aspirant,

No as for getting the Degree Certificate an student needs to clear all his subjects making him eligible for the certificate but with backlogs a student won't be able to get a certificate in any of the field.
