I give you 3 options

You can find all the old question papers in the official website itself. I have provided you with the link for that http://du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=academic-resources
You can easily find the solutions of DU previous year exam papers in a any campus college photocopy shop under the name of previous year papers or last ten year papers.

You may also purchase the solved paper booklet from any college-level bookstore under the same name. They cost around 100-150 for nearly all the available popular courses.
