As per the information I have researched, there are in total 3,513 seats allotted for Dentistry branch in Government colleges all over India. The seat for BDS will be allotted to the students answering the entrance exam called NEET and if the score satisfies the cutoff score mentioned to get admission in BDS in the government colleges.

Also, there are total 50 Government Dental Colleges across India.
