Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you the fees of Delhi university is very nominal as compared to the other colleges you can certainly expect fees around 5000 to 10,000 yearly in DU depending on the college and campus that you are opting for admission but fees will not be beyond 10,000 in Du.
