You are eligible for UPSC exam even after pursuing graduation from any degree, graduation is the minimum requirement to sit for UPSC exam. However it is said that arts is the best stream for preparing UPSC but it isn't true anymore. Aspirants from science stream can do very well in civil services exam as well.
