sir can i join this year in any course like bhms...... n try for mbbs next year by discontinueing bhms/any other course .should i pay any fine for discontinuing

Yes you can join other courses but if you discontinue it then you have to pay the fees of whole course and you can apply under 15%all India quota seats for other states

For government it will be in between 50000-70000 and for private it will be in between 1.5-2.5 lakh per annum
