I hope you are doing well.Yes you can get government college for bds if you have domicile of rajasthan or else you have done your 10th or 12th from the same state then you can go for 85% state quota . Although getting government seat depends upon the various factors like number of students appeared in exam, rank, category, region, state, etc.

Well it depends if you have domicile or not , if you do have a domicile of Rajasthan and you are a resident of Rajasthan , then you are eligible for getting bds seat through 85% quota provided you have required marks or enough marks to get the seat.
