Hi P Shanmukh,

As you belong to karnataka, you are only eligible for karnataka state counselling. You will get benefit of 85% state quota seat from Karnataka state. No matter from where you have studied 9 to 12th class. You have to present a domicile certificate at the time of state counselling. You need to apply for karnataka state counselling, and after getting shortlisted, in the document verification process you need to show the domicile certificate of Karnataka state.
