I belong to andhra pradesh but my mother's native is karnataka.Will I be able to claim medical seat(through neet score) in karnataka by writing karnataka language test though my mother tongue isn't kannada(clause c).

Hello,
You can use domicile criteria of one state where you live more than 10 years. You can't get domicile certificate for two different states. If you appear exam for non-residential state then you will go under open category. Cutoff for open category is bit low then home state general category cutoff.
