Even after scoring 99 percentile you will not ve able to get admission in JBIMS, Mumai college. Because the eligibility criteria for general category students is:
10th - 65%+
12th - 60%+
Graduation - 50%+

This criteria reduces to 60%+ in 10th, 55%+ in 12th and 45%+ in graduation for reserved category students.

For you it will be not possible as being in general category you are not eligible with 45% hence your score won't be evaluated to call up the students for next round.

You might face the same problem with not only JBIMS but also most of the exams and colleges. You should go for XAT exam as it does not restrict students on the academic records which will open a better opportunity to find out a good college where such restrictions are not there. XAT score is widely accepted my most of the colleges to give admission. So you will have a good number of choices.
