Depending on previous few years Cutoff of several Colleges in Karnataka state it's quite impossible to get any government seat through NEET score. Including all of the government Medical Colleges this year cutoff will remain above 570 as per prediction. So getting a seat in MBBS of any government Medical College is quite hard. But he can get some of the private or semi government colleges like M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore, A.J.Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore,. Sri Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital, Chitradurga. Otherwise there would be several scopes in BDS colleges.
