sir i am from Rajasthan but i did MBBS from Karnataka,so can i apply in Muslim minority in Karnataka colleges?? thank you sir

Hi Arif,

At state level counselling minority certificate will be applicable in any part of India if it has been issued by the central government else it would only be applicable in the state from where it had been issued. So please check if it has been issued by Rajasthan government then it is applicable in Rajasthan only. But since the NEET PG counselling is done at AIQ level and therefore state couselling is different here. Yes you can apply it since you had done your MBBS from there.
