Dear aspirant,

It's really hard to get any NIT or IIIT with your rank even if you try to get admission through state quota. There would be some chance to get NIT Nagaland but it's not sure. Now if you get pondicherry engineering college through state quota you may get the Institution within 7th round of counseling. But if you need to apply through AIQ or all India quota it would be difficult. Getting through state quota will also be difficult. Be patient and see what happens till round 7. But getting top branches like CSE or ECE is impossible.

As you have secured 199960 CRL rank from sc category, then there is very low chance that you can get some nits or iiits.
Also note that as this year the cutoff are changed in josaa counseling, then there is also a chance that cutoff will change in csab round counseling.

As per seeing the last year csab special round counseling cutoff closing ranks, you have chances of getting any nits.
Also you can't get any nits trichy even if you belong from home state quota.

But you can get some gftis in csab special round counseling, like mizoram university ( civil engineering) or school of engineering tezpur university ( electrical engineering) or sant longwal institute of engineering and technology ( food technology, mechanical engineering ), etc.

Also note that as your preferred college is Pondicherry engineering college, then yes you can get this college. And also you can get mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and ece, but you can't get cse or information technology in this college.
