Hiii Bhumika,
366 is a decent score but not enough to fetch you the GOA medical college under all India qouta, irrespective of your category. Last year under all India qouta the cutoff for the GOA medical college went around 552 for general, 454 for SC and 446 for ST.
If you own a domicile of goa then you can get a MBBS seat in goa medical college as last year's cutoffs for the state qouta were around 355 for general, 262 for obc, 192 for SC and 231 for ST.
