Hello. Congratulations on your score firstly. According to the previous year analysis, 601 marks would not be sufficient to fetch you into Sawai man Singh medical college, Jaipur under state quota. Last year NEET 2018, cutoff mark for unreserved category is 610 marks. There are very less chances. But you can try. The NEET 2017 cutoff was 539 marks under general category.
