With the marks of 468/720 in NEET 2019 your AIR will be anywhere in the range of around 35,000-36,500 which is good enough. Looking at last year's cutoffs the closing marks and rank were lowest for SIMS, Soura, Srinagar at the rank of 50,280 with the marks 440/720. This means that you'll be able to make it into a government college if the trends remain the same and if you belong to J&K.
