Hello aspirant,

Don't worry your last year's application form is not mandatory. I will list out the neccessary documents required-

10th class mark sheet
12th class mark sheet
Passport size photos.
Study Certificate Counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI.
Proof of application fee payment.
Admit card of KCET 2020.
