JIPMER and Neet are two different entrance examination for admission to mbbs and bds courses.

You have to apply separately for both of these exams.

Since you have only applidd in Jipmer you are eligible for admission in it if you qualify it with suitable rank.

If you qualify for mbbs seat  through jipmer , you will definitely get a seat and become a doctor , there's no requirement of appearing in NEET for that .
