With a score of 406 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in semi government medical or dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year a minimum of previous 468 was required to fetch one a seat in the government quota in Jagganath Gupta institute of medical sciences and 404 got a seat in Haldia institute of medical sciences and research. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
