The cut off depends on various factors and change a every year .
This year it is going to increase by at least 15-30 marks because of increase in number of candidates qualifying . The cut off of last year was 338 in Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur through state quota for OBC . With a score of 403 you have decent chances to get a government medical college for MBBS  this year .
