Hello dear student, 

As you said you will complete your bsc from the respective College and also that you will be completing it by 2020 . Also that you are interested for Mac in microbiology, bio chemistry, psychology etc. So you can try for Delhi university. Forms will be out by end of october or november and it will be open for a month . And they do provide many courses in MSc. They take an entrance test for MSc unlike for the bsc .
