Hi,
Your query requires a little bit of information from inside the university which we cannot access as of now. So I would advise you to either contact the University itself and solve your matter or else ask any of your batchmates your college mates about your difficulty and get it solved. In college internal matters, unfortunately we cannot be of any help.
