I think you are asking, whether you can get seat of MBBS in Karnataka although you are not native of the State. If that's your question, then yes, you can apply for colleges in Karnataka through AIQ done by MCC itself. But you'll become ineligible under state quota if you don't have domicile certificate of the same state.
