sir I am studying LLB in that my college is affiliated to AICTE can this be recognised as a law practicing .?

Coming to your question,

While you are studying LLB, you are just a law student. To practice law before any court, you must be a lawyer. To practice law, you must clear the examination conducted by BAR Council of India and should have a registration certificate issued for the same.

Affiliation to AICTE only means that your degree has more validity and is issued by a recognized university.
