May be you can seek a transfer to a different college if you are not happy with your current college. But again there is a fees that you need to pay your current college and also the new college. I dont know the reason why you are planning on attempting the MBBS entrance exams. If you feel that the knowledge being imparted is not satisfactory, I would suggest you to attend the lab classes for practical knowledge and pick up text books like Gray's Anatomy for Anatomy instead of Chaurasia. This is just an example. Every library will have Gray's. Try reading books by Foreign Authors and you will really benefit from them. It makes sense attempting for PG if you havent got the best clinical specialisation. But reattempting NEET or MBBS for the same core subjects doesnt really make any meaning.
