Sir i applied for fisrt counselling and i got nit meghalaya i want to apply for second counselling how should i

You need to accept the seat and choose the float option. In the second rpund the choices filled by you which were above the seat you got in 1st round will be considered for councelling and if you get a seat from among them your seat of 1st round will be automatically removed.

If you have not reported than you must have been removed from the counselling process.
