Hello Jasprit!

The Central government's website claims it takes no more than 21 days to obtain an EWS certificate from the sub-divisional magistrate (SDM)'s office. The process looks simple on paper at least. If the claimed time by the government has passed, then it is suggested either to file a complaint to the respective autorities of your area or you can re-apply for the certificates incase there was any error witnessed while completing the documentation.

Hope we were helpful in our response.

Thanks a lot mam. But my main concern is that DU Forms are out and they would last a week or 10  days. And i need to fill the certificate in the form. Is there any solution to this!?
