Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

85% quota is reserved for your Home state college seats and your home state will be the state where your domicile belongs to. If you have a domicile of Rajasthan then you will be given 85% seats and category reservation in Rajasthan only unless your category certificate comes in the CT list or is issued by the central government of India.

Hence, In other states you will have to apply from 15% all India quota seats and will be considered as General

.

So, you can't get 85% seats reservation in both the states you can get it only in your Home state that is Rajasthan as your domicile belongs to Rajasthan.

Hope this was helpful for you.

All the best for a bright future!
