Sir I failed in inter but I got 78 Mark's in ts eamcet 2019 when will i get a rank and can i get good college

Dear Reader,

I am sorry to inform you that your score will not be valid as the basic eligibility criteria is to have 45% minimum for open category and atleast 40% for reserved category with a pass certificate. As you failed in 12th your percentage won't matter unless you pass all the subjects. Kindly try to go for improvement exam and re-appear in ts eamcet.

I wrote ts inter supply and passed..my friend got 37 percentile and got 80,000 rank...i got 41 percentile and got 90,000...i got better marks but less rank..y?
