Don't worry. Since you have failed in one subject and however government made failed students to pass due to pandemic situation. So for such students, officials will issue the rank card in phase 2. Now, Phase 2 results will be released once after completion of phase 1 counselling. So don't worry you will get your rank card in phase 2.
