see as per tseamcet eligibility criteria candidates must secure atleast of 25% marks in tseamcet exam to get a position in rank list. for reserve category candidates there is no minimum marks criteria to get a position in rank list. since you have got a rank, that means you have the minimum marks to obtain a rank. so you are eligible to participate in tseamcet counselling.
